Stoneridge at BAUMA 2025

Back to overview

Visitors to our booth will have the opportunity to explore our digital camera systems for forklifts, including the Digital Mid-Mast View system. This high-definition camera-monitor system is specifically designed for forklifts and reach trucks, providing operators with an exceptionally clear view of their work area. This not only enhances safety but also improves operational efficiency. The system can be easily installed without the need for drilling or welding on the forks. Additionally, we will give a sneak peek of our upcoming E-CFMC camera, a key component of the Digital ForkView system. Mounted on the inside of the fork, this camera is housed in a durable steel casing with a specially engineered shape that protects it from damage during pallet and goods handling. The E-CFMC camera offers crystal-clear, high-definition visuals, ensuring precise and efficient operations.

New Generation Ethernet Camera
Stoneridge will showcase the upcoming EMOS II Ethernet camera, the latest innovation in our camera lineup. Building on the success of its predecessor, the EMOS II is specifically designed for heavy equipment, offering enhanced safety, efficiency, and productivity while setting a new industry standard. Together with the new 10-inch ELED Monitor, Stoneridge offers the Digital MultiView system, which further enhances visibility, safety, and operational efficiency for heavy machinery. To even further improve road safety, the EMOS II and ELED monitor can be paired with Orlaco’s RadarEye system. Utilizing SRD (Short Range Detection) sensors, RadarEye detects objects and people around the vehicle.

Detect People and Objects with SmartCAM
Visitors to LogiMAT 2025 will also have the opportunity to experience Stoneridge's advanced SmartCAM. This state-of-the-art smart camera actively detects and automatically tracks personnel on the jobsite. When a person is detected, the system alerts the driver with visual warnings based on the individual's proximity to the machine, helping to reduce operator alert fatigue. Stoneridge is currently developing a version specifically tailored for the logistics industry, and our team looks forward to discussing potential needs and requirements with visitors.

MirrorEye for Forklift Market
Our team will showcase Stoneridge’s MirrorEye Camera Monitor System, an innovative solution that replaces traditional rearview and side mirrors with advanced digital cameras and monitors. Stoneridge’s industry-leading MirrorEye technology designed to enhance driver awareness by augmenting traditional mirrors with external cameras and in-cab digital monitors to offer a broader field of view, reduce blind spots, and improve both side and rearward visibility. System variants are already widely used on trucks and buses across the United States and Europe. At LogiMAT 2025, Stoneridge will present the system and discuss how this cutting-edge technology can be applied to heavy machinery, including Reach Stackers and Empty Container Handlers. The system provides outstanding visibility and enhanced situational awareness, ensuring smooth and efficient operations in demanding environments such as container terminals.
