Stoneridge is a global leader in high-tech camera and monitor systems for commercial and industrial vehicles. For our location in Barneveld, we are looking for a Process Engineer.
What will you do?
As a Process Engineer, you will be co-responsible for designing, analyzing, and monitoring various processes and installations. You will also participate in multiple project teams from concept to implementation and improvements.
This includes various tasks and responsibilities, such as:
- Developing, introducing, and setting up a production plan for new and existing production processes;
- Participating in project teams (APQP, 6 SIGMA, and 8D) and line improvements;
- Implementing new processes (APQP) and preparing various investment requests;
- Ensuring correct quality in production processes, using Automotive IATF core tools;
- Managing related documentation (Pro.file and production system);
- Ensuring minimal human impact (input to the RI&E), environmental impact, and optimal safety (OHSAS 18001);
- Analyzing and making improvement proposals for the setup of production processes in terms of efficiency, ergonomics, flexibility, quality, and safety;
- Proactively supporting the prevention and reduction of process failures.
