You will work in an open and informal atmosphere, with short lines of communication and always-open doors. Various outings are organized throughout the year by the Staff Association.
You will play a key role in transforming our customer support team into a customer success team. From quote to invoice, everything interacts with the customer support team. You will answer questions, process orders, ensure timely delivery, and be involved in escalations with both small and large accounts. You will have a coordinating role with an eye for the combination of logistics and commerce. You maintain contact with the customer and always find a suitable solution to serve them as well as possible and maintain the professional relationship with our valued customer.
There is a lot of data available for analysis. You understand that this is valuable information that can be used to act proactively. For example, you might notice early on that a certain product can be delivered 3 weeks later than agreed. You take the initiative to ensure that the client is informed about this. This way, you anticipate the question of why a delivery was not made. That is proactive, and that's what we mean by customer success. With you on board, proactive work becomes the new standard. In short, an administrative challenge to surprise small and large accounts with service.
