Mirror Replacement

Suitable for almost all types of buses, trucks, and cranes, CornerEye as a mirror replacement system covers visibility classes V and VI well beyond the requirements of mirror directive R46. Approved to replace curb and front view mirrors, it delivers real-time imagery surpassing traditional mirrors. The system not only provides a wider field of view but also higher image resolution, allowing drivers to better see smaller objects and people, and improve visibility in the dark and adverse weather conditions. The compact and aerodynamic design of CornerEye also results in less air resistance than larger mirrors, leading to fuel savings. The Total Cost of Ownership is significantly reduced as a result.

Additional Camera System

CornerEye consists of an HD camera, GMSL cable, and an HD monitor. Universal brackets are available for the camera and monitor for easy and quick mounting. For the correct installation of CornerEye, you can rely on the service of Stoneridge and its partners.

CornerEye meets the stringent automotive requirements set by Stoneridge. All components are produced according to certification standards such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, comply with CE marking, and are approved according to the demanding R10 EMC criteria.

CornerEye can also be used as an additional camera system. In combination with mirrors, it gives a driver optimal visibility at the front and side of the vehicle. Contact us for more information.
