To return Orlaco items to Stoneridge, please complete the form below with as much detail as possible and submit it. Our Customer Support Team will then process your request. By filling out the RMA form, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and understood our return policy, and agree to abide by its terms and procedures.

The RMA form is designed for use by Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) and authorized Orlaco dealers, ensuring a streamlined and efficient process for product returns. For end users, Orlaco offers direct support through its network of local dealers, who are fully equipped to provide assistance, including assessment for repair or replacement requirements. If you are not affiliated with an OEM or an official Orlaco dealer, we recommend reaching out to a dealer in your region for further assistance.
